Roasted Parmesan Green Beans
12 oz. Green Beans, dried and trimmed
1 tsp. Scallion Olive Oil
1/4 tsp. Garlic Powder
Kosher Salt & Pepper to taste
1 1/2 tbsp. Shredded Parmesan
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Line a baking sheet with aluminum. Lay green beans on the baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil. Season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder and toss evenly.
Spread them out on the sheet in 1 layer. Bake for 10 minutes, toss and bake for 5 additional minutes. Remove from the oven and sprinkle with shredded parmesan.
