Grilled Tomatoes with Monterey Jack

 

INGREDIENTS​

  • 3 large tomatoes

  • 4 0z. Montery Jack cheese, shredded

  • 1/2 cup Balsamic Vinegar of Modena

  • fresh basil, garnish

DIRECTIONS

  • Preheat grill to high heat.

  • Grill tomatoes on both sides until grill marks are formed.

  • Top with cheese and melt.

  • Drizzle with balsamic and top with fresh basil.
