Grilled Tomatoes with Monterey Jack

3 large tomatoes

4 0z. Montery Jack cheese, shredded

1/2 cup Balsamic Vinegar of Modena

fresh basil, garnish
DIRECTIONS

Preheat grill to high heat.

Grill tomatoes on both sides until grill marks are formed.

Top with cheese and melt.

Drizzle with balsamic and top with fresh basil.
